Fitness Routine
Competes in sprint triathlons, plays basketball and snowboards with his three children
“A typical day for me starts with a workout to get my blood flowing. I find the greatest motivation when I’m signed up to compete in a race, with all preparation inspiring me to beat my personal best from previous years. Finally, I mix up my routine, or else I get bored. For example, I alternate between P90X with cross-training in prep for sprint triathlons.”
